  • BSO is to arrange interview times between Employer and Candidate. Appoint the most suitable candidate and make an offer.
  • BSO will collect the recruitment fees from the employer only. We follow-up with you after the placement to ensure satisfaction.

Prepaid Recruitment

  • Will give our Employer a break of having them pay our recruitment fees.

  • BSO will collect the recruitment fees from the employer.
  • Employer will deduct from the candidate’s salary the recruitment fees split into several installments.
